All staff work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the client’s discretion. The night watchman works from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Overtime: R$ 60.00/hour per staff member for work beyond these hours (including early check-in or late check-out). The total amount will be calculated and settled directly with each staff member.
For dinners at the house, 3 staff members are required to serve up to 5 guests, and for 6 to 10 guests, at least 4 staff members are needed.
